Lehnsmühlschloss is a listed historic building in Ortrand, a town in southern Brandenburg, Germany, in the district of Oberspreewald-Lausitz. It was built in 1480 as part of the Lehnsmühle estate, which included a mill and a manorial property. The Lehnsmühl estate remained a separate feudal district alongside the town of Ortrand until 1904 for the mill and 1906 for the castle building. Historical records cited in the source describe the estate in 1715 as including a stone dwelling house with side buildings and stables, a grinding mill, six stamp mills, a board mill, a tannery fulling mill, an oil hammer, a bleaching house, gardens, fields, meadows, a barn in Kraußnitz, and an outlying farm. The building was damaged by fire in 1912. During the East German period, the VEB Holzverarbeitungswerk Ortrand used it as housing and storage space. The two-storey building has a gabled roof and a simple plastered front of brick and rubble stone, decorated at eaves height with a dentil course. Its sandstone portal has benches, mouldings, an egg-and-dart ornament, angel heads, and a semicircular arcade. Inside are sandstone floor slabs, former kitchen and reception rooms, decorative motifs, and surviving secular wall paintings.
